dattrax: It was with great sadness as we saw facebook light up with 'Rest in Peace' shout outs to "Romanthony" (real name Anthony Moore, 1967 – May 2013). In Toronto we grew up with Romanthony records like his four-vinyl "Romanworld" compilation, and singles in that album and pre-dated that album like "Now You Want Me" (a Toronto anthem at 3am sat. ngt. warehouse sessions- one of our favourite instrumental house tracks). Other fav vinyls like "Testify", "Trojan Horse", "Bring U Up" and everyone's favorite "Let Me Show You Love".

Time moves past us relentlessly and we have to be thankful and make the best of each day. Mr. Moore's music will influence many many house lovers, djs, producers & vocalists to come. The great thing about this house music we love is that it's built on the shoulders of giants. The great house music you hear today was built on the sweat and love of house music 20+ yrs ago.
